* Each registered presenting author can present only one contribution (oral or poster).
** The student rate applies to any registered student. The registrations must be accompanied by a letter from your head of department or equivalent, attesting to your student status, and uploaded to the submission system.
*** Registration for accompanying persons includes tickets to the Welcome Reception, the guided visit to Laboral City of Culture, and the Conference Dinner; however, it does not provide access to the oral and poster sessions.

Payment of registration fees is made via the FUO platform.
Please, follow the corresponding instructions on the platform for payment by credit card or bank transfer, as well as for printing invoices.
The inclusion of accepted papers in the final Conference Program implies the registration and attendance to the conference of at least one of the authors.
Registration will be confirmed once payment has been received and compliance with the stated registration conditions has been confirmed.
The conference program may be subject to change.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be made by writing an email to: ibertrib2027@uniovi.es
The full fee will be refunded until May 6th, 2027
if requested by the conference participant.
No refund will be made after May 6th, 2027
due to administrative and management costs.
